The
adventures of John Storm and the Elizabeth Swann. John Storm is an ocean
adventurer and conservationist. The Elizabeth Swann is a fast solar
powered boat. During a race around the world, news of the sinking of a
pirate whaling ship reaches John Storm and his mate Dan Hawk. They
decide to abandon the race and try and save the whale.
Danny
Hawk is an electronics genius, child prodigy, who signs on with John
Storm once they have established that they have a common interest in
technology applications and conservation - and John is prepared to take on a chap who
would be little more than a cabin boy, in days of old - but turns
out to be mature beyond his years in the responsibilities he is prepared
to take on.
Dan is one of the main supporting characters in the Kulo Luna story.
Apart from girls, his current
interests revolve around computers and robotics. He is also into
renewable
energy,
fast electric bikes, cars, solar and hydrogen powered transport. He is
an analytical hacker and has used his hacking skills to check local
authority databases for umpteen glitches and software corruption issues.
He
is also a gaming expert player at world champion levels, especially on
Sony's Playstation, Nintendo' consoles, and Microsoft's Xbox platforms.
In future adventures Dan's programming and strategy skills are to become
more than just a little useful. At this stage Mr Hawk has no idea of the
scrapes that John and himself may get into. But the world is a place
fraught with procurement scams, political and military Coup d'états. A
troubled world that is bristling with weapons of mass destruction.
Danny
is chief engineer on the Elizabeth
Swann.
Dan
(to his mates) relies on John Storm for his lead in these adventures,
and to get the duo out of tough scrapes.
Dan
Hawk (above) is a fictional ocean adventurer and electronics whiz kid.
He is the 2nd mate onboard the Elizabeth Swann, a devoted friend and
supporter of John Storm, the skipper.
